7 Kelebihan air


Semua sedia maklum betapa pentingnya air dalam kehidupan kita seharian kerana air merupakan asas kejadian, tanpa air proses dalam badan akan terganggu. Bayangkan kalau kita tak ada air untuk di minum, betapa sengsaranya jika musim kemarau yang berpanjangan.
Di sini kita membincangkan kelebihan atau pentingnya air dalam tubuh. Secara umumnya, terdapat 7 kepentingan air, iaitu air boleh menetapkan berat badan, tidak menggemukkan walau banyak mana minum air sekalipun, malahan memberi kelebihan memudahkan sistem perkumuhan badan. Air juga boleh meningkatkan tenaga, mengurangkan stres, mengurangkan ular-ular (cramp) pada kaki, membekalkan nutrien kepada kulit yang melambatkan proses penuaan, menjalankan semua proses dan sistem biologi badan, serta mengurangkan pemendakan batu karang di ginjal.
Pakar makanan dan doktor menyarankan supaya kita minum air biasa/mineral sekurang-kurangnya 8 gelas sehari, tetapi jika air digunakan bagi mengubat penyakit (terapi menggunakan air), ia perlu diminum lebih banyak lagi, bergantung kepada penyakit.

Are You Drinking Enough Water?
Generally, nutritionists recommend we follow the “8×8 rule.” Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. You may need more water if you exercise or sweat heavily. You may need less water if you drink other beverages often.
